These are used for outrigger release clips and downrigger release clips. Simply clip them to your downrigger cable wrap a #64 rubber band around your line and gather the ends in the snap swivel.

This is a very simple device that will allow you to easily stick two or three lines on your downriggers, or add two or three lines off a single rigged outrigger.
