We use 120# Crain Swivel Sleeves on the tips of every spreader bar for easy removal and replacement of your teaser lines. Coast lock snaps are 130# and crimped to the the end of the teaser lines. The center line has a 240# coast lock snap. For line we use Momoi Blue Diamond 130# line. Momoi Diamond Line is the strongest, toughest and most abrasion resistant monofilament fishing line on the market today. Diamond Line features breaking strengths that are nearly double the stated line rating and superior knot strength. The 130# Momoi consistently tests at 244#. Its diameter is 1.28mm. Using this line allows us to downsize and get better action from our teasers, yet maintain the line strength needed when that Big Eye shows up in your pattern. |
