Fishing today Aboard The Muff Diver

Details: Left the O.C. dock at 5:00am headed for the 30 to 50 fathom area around Poormans Canyon. Around 7:30 am we set out a spread consisting of rainbow draggin and green draggin squid bars and slammer bird bars and a few skirted hoos. Water temps were 69.5° upon arrival, the highest seen was 71 degrees. We worked the areas where we marked fish and saw bait and picked them off one by one until noon when we had 8 YFT in the boat between 20 and 50#. Then, it shutdown on us until 2pm we had our first triple header. Well, all three managed to cross lines and create a tangled mess and we ended up boating one of the three. We ended the day with 9 YFT.

All in all a good day on the Muff Diver today.
